Yes, this exactly. The other main type of corruption is falsely arresting people so they can charge them with resisting arrest. It's only natural for people to object to being arrested for nothing. A cop can arrest you everyday, take you to jail and hold you for 24 hours and let you go with no charges. He can keep doing that over and over with no consequence to him. They use vague laws like trespassing and disorderly conduct. They can and will arrest you for trespassing on your job or even in your own property. They will arrest you for disorderly conduct for contempt of cop or simply disagreeing with them. The charges won't stick but they get to assault and search you with no consequence to them.

I think I posted this story about a Dallas cop who shot a black teenager driving away from a house party. The cop said the car was driving at him and he feared for his life. Video of the murder proved the car was driving away from him. Now the update which is that the murderous cop is also facing charges for an earlier incident where he threatened someone with his gun when he got into an car wreck off duty. Now the question becomes why was he allowed to return to duty. At the least he should not have been on desk duty. I doubt it happens but the bosses here need to face negligence charges.

Here is video of the criminal cop planting evidence that was posted about earlier. Notice his 2 cop buddies right next to him watching. I bet these other 2 won't face charges. If cops turn a blind eye to crime by their own then they are not law enforcement they are just thugs. They want us to be accountable to the law yet want to be above the law. This is why there is a resistance movement. This is why cops are being ambushed. There is little difference between the bloods, the crips, and the cops. The
Illusion that they are the good guys is ending. I can't wait for the next resistance shooting. If it happens enough there will be change. If cops want to be safe then they need to turn on the criminals in their own ranks. So long as they protect criminals they won't be safe.



Almost forgot, this cop testified in court days after this tape was brought to the attention of the DA. The DA withheld this information from the defend which is a crime. I highly doubt his BFFs will charge him. This is why we have and need vigilante justice.

Interesting situation in Colorado. With legalization courts have now ruled that the smell of weed is not a cause to search a vehicle. The interesting part comes in that the current drug dogs are trained to alert for pot but they can't yell the red coat whic drug it smells.

Interesting wrongful death lawsuit for 150 million. Officer Burns killed Anthony Edwards by slamming his head into concrete then leaving him on the ground to die. You see, while he was dying the officers were calling dispatch saying it's really important they find out if the dying man was a convicted felon. When they found out he was not a convicted felon the officer said he was disappointed. Th is is all caught on audio. Later whole Edwards is dying the cops decide to check of he has warrants. They cheer when they find out he has a warrant but are again disappointed when they find out it's on a misdemeanor charge. Officer Burns is even caught on audio saying he slammed the guy into the ground when asked of he "slammed" or "dropped" the guy.





Also of note one of the officers involved is currently awaiting sentencing after being caught in a to catch a predator type sting and the killing officer is a competitive martial artist.

Black man is going door to door pitting business cards for his lawn mowing business. Clearly a black man tryingbto work is suspicious so a cop stops him. The victim answers every question and explains what he is doing. Then after giving his info to the cop he asks for a card or for the officer to write his name down. Simple request, except the cops decides he now wants to arrest the man. Why is the officer so scared of people knowing who he is.


Can anyone give me a legit reason the cop had to put the man in handcuffs other than he file rules complaint?

Cops use a false alert from their dog to sexually assault a man and his wife. Just another day in the land of the free. Over a million sexual assaults per year by cops of innocent people. Don't pretend your anti-rape if think a shiny badge makes it any less horrific for the victim.If

This is one of the big problems I have with police. This cop arrests the man for refusing to show his ID but the officer was trying to enforce a law that the supreme court has already ruled is not a crime. So the officer is 100% in the wrong and has no valid reason to legally ask for this man's ID. The arrested man is the victim and they charge the victim with resisting and obstructing the officer. The police chief just says "oops, we made a mistake" and go about their business while the victim has been assaulted, caged, and faces pending charges. The cops are not accountable to the law. They don't even have to know the law. In fact the less law they know the less they can be accountable for because of qualified immunity which is a court precedent not a law. Is no one accountable for cops not knowing the law leading to innocent people being harmed? Are they going to claim a major supreme court decision in 2010 is obscure? Is there not a memo that goes out when the supreme court says you can't do this **** anymore?

Judge reinstated lawsuit and tears into cops for a raid on an innocent family. A cop stakes out a gardening shop and sees a man go in with his 2 small kids who are buying stuff for a tomato garden. This cop then goes through their homes trash and finds what he claims are marijuana plant clippings soaked in thc. He sends that to a lab which tells.him he is wrong it's just regular plant material not belonging to a lot plant. This cop then decides to use a highly unreliable field test on the material. He says it detected pot but we will never know because his test was not recorded or documented in any way.


Because of this cops raided this family's home pointing assault rifles at them and their small children. They ransacked the house and found nothing but tomato plants. Of course no one but the tax payer will be held accountable for this.

So the cops supposedly investigating the Damond murder applied for and were granted a search warrant for her home. Why exactly is what a in her home relevant to the investigation? The answer is they are looking for something to smear the victim. These are the investigators here. They clearly have an agenda to find any way possible to blame the victim. The warrant is I the video and an officer states that that they believe they will find "blood, hair/fibers, bodily fluids, cartridge cases, guns, knives, gloves, masks, shoes, clothing which may have bodily fluids on them, writing which may indicate motive and help ID suspect controlled substances, and more."




It's like she is a suspect in her own murder. If they found a gram of weed the cops would be all over the place claiming she wasn't innocent and is at fault for being murdered. Meanwhile the person who actually did the shooting has not had his home searched.



This is the problem with having cops investigate cops. We should not be reactionary the problem of police corruption. These cops who are supposed to investigate other cops have to be dragged kicked and screaming to investigate and prosecute cops. We need a proactive group auditing these cops before they kill someone or violate someone rights.

If they would actually investigate proactively instead of relatively we would see a lot more stories like this. This cop pulled over vehicles without probable cause then would find a reason after pulling them over. It had something like this happen to a friend, he drives an older car and a cop pulled him over just to check his inspection sticker. That is not legal.

Former cop sucker punches a valet because he is a bully and was mad about paying the valet fee. Cops show up and don't arrest the puncher. The former cop said the valet was rude to his wife and that he didn't know if he had a weapon on him but felt he was about to be assaulted so he feared for his life and knocked the valet out. In what world does that not get you arrested. The world where police protect their own.
