There is only 1 thing that will spark change and that is for this to get so large and destructive it forces change. Interesting read. A movement for social change resorting to violence is exactly what the established order wants. It reduces participation and puts the movement on the same playing field as the existing order. That's a game the existing order almost always wins.

If the sentencing was equal it would help a ton. Amber Guyger 10 years. Muhammed Noor 12 years. Anyone has done the same thing to them would have got life if not the death penalty. They also need to stop delaying arresting officers to "gather evidence". There is never a need to "gather evidence" before arresting someone that killed a cop.
