I heard that clip on cable this AM. Sounded like he was getting ready to say "authoritarian" and then thought twice.

Oh Sean. Both he and Don's tweets from the past are holding up pretty well today.

Spicer, moments ago: “If the president puts Russian salad dressing on his salad tonight, somehow that’s a Russian connection”

Cute little game he played with the Sally Yates thing today.

WH counsel sends letters suggesting that she needs WH sanction in order to testify.

Her lawyers call their bluff, say she plans to testify.

Chairman cancels hearing, totally independent of the WH, of course.

Spicer says WH "looks forward to her testimony."

I wonder how long it'll take before y'all will tire of running here to post about everything they do that seems unconventional or unprofessional.

It is what it is. They are clowns.

Over/under on that would be predicated on when you decide to stop reminding us that we should vote for unicorns or sasquatches instead of clowns.

Tough to take people seriously who complain about things but continue to vote them in

It's similarly tough to take people seriously whose solution is to eschew the real-world options and vote for Bigfoot.

Yeah - because supporting someone outside of an outdated 2-party duopoly is not a "real world solution"

    Whatever you say smart guy

But please keep coming here to post about Trump's hands and Spicer's confusing comments. It's making me want to line up to support the system

Your stock-in-trade is complaining about the status quo. Your solution is to suggest voting for a party with no meaningful constituency and to venerate a guy who hawks doomsday prepper supplies on the radio.

I applaud your convictions and question your actual interest in seeing the nation's business actually get done.

And you're complaining about the status quo, but in 2020 when you're presented your "choice" you will fall in line again

Yes, you're likely quite right about that. I'm comfortable with doing that rather than just cursing the darkness and acting like it's somehow revelatory that I understand that the status quo is suboptimal.

Stop it, Diogenes. You're blowing my mind.

Trump has "walked away from a lot" financially to be president, Spicer says as he answers Q about potentially repaying some travel costs.

Well to be fair, that's 8 more times than I've been. You know, just saying...

Press Sec. on Hitler/Assad comments: "He was not using the gas on his own people the same way...he brought them into the Holocaust centers."
