With header, I'd better deliver, huh? The year this came out, I heard nothing better ...
The great Ian Mclagan on the keyboard. Passed away in 2014. This clip is a pretty nice tribute.

With EmmyLou Harris, no less. This 100 times better live. A Formula One song; go figure.

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, the great Van Morrison. Read where doctors love to play this during a tough surgical procedure.

Don't know why this one surprised me so much the first time I heard this. These guys can do anything. Promise I won't overkill one band, but this is the stuff I'm listening to these days.
Live, the group allows its "backup band" plenty of time in the spotlight.

Never understood why this song or band weren't more on the radar. Do yourself a favor and find the plugged-in version of this song as part of the Moondance Show DVD. Will NOT be disappointed. Sorry that I don't know how to edit out a cut on a YouTube concert.
Best version of an old song on the best record I've found in weeks. John David Souther passed on joining the Eagles, but his voice is so much like Glenn Frey, with whom he co-wrote many hits for Eagles and Ronstandt. This version of "New Kid" just takes me back. SO special...

Through a total accident of song surfing on YouTube, I discovered Eva Cassidy and my heart was touched by God. She died in obscurity of a melanoma back in 1996 at the age of 33. But her music survived thrived and she is a star in hearts and minds of anyone who finds her. This was the song that led to her selling 30 million record in England. You will feel rewarded if you listen.
Peter Green lost his mind due to LSD like Syd Barrett (Pink Floyd) but luckily Peter resurfaced.

Brand new video. Home Free reveals Urban's ballad as the Motown standard it would have been 40 years ago.
... but Eagles fans keep loading the Houston concert video with Felder and Walsh doing this song. Saw it live during that tour and it is simply the best live song the Eagles ever performed. This amateurish video clip, which apparently has been beneath Henley's radar, still shows that Felder made them a better band. To me, he made them the Eagles I loved. In this clip, on this song, they were Felder and Walsh's backup band. Eat it, Henley.
Nice. The ex-guitar player for the Red Hot Chili Peppers used to do a solo cover of that song live during RHCP concerts. Granted he can't sing that high but it's a pretty sweet cover
If you like GS and Drive by you should check out the first Izzy Stradlin and the Ju Ju hounds self titled record. Izzy recorded that record when he quit Guns N’ Roses. I believe his guitar player (rick Richards) was also the guitar player in GS. Some pretty good songs on there
