Kyle Wright throwing at #1 Oregon State at 9 tonight. I think on espn or espn2.

Twins are more and more likely to take Brendan McKay and develop him as a pitcher.
With his talent, he truly could do both and do both successfully, but he may not get that chance in the AL.
Kyle Wright on espn right now.

Another thing is that Oregon State has been pretty damn dominant this year. They have only lost 4 games all year.

What is he throwing at 85? Change?
Holding 92 in the 6th after 85 pitches. Not sure I'd call that elite honestly, but he looks like he has the frame to add more.
His slider looks MLB average now.
Latest mocks:
BBA: Royce Lewis
CBS: McKenzie Gore
Bleacher Report: Adam Haseley
MLB.com: Lewis
ESPN: no update yet
Law and Pipeline are both updating their mocks tomorrow, I think early.
Law's updated mock goes McKay-Greene-Gore-Lewis-Wright. He also says the #1 pick isn't finalized and Minnesota will decide between McKay and wright or underslot deal with Gore or Lewis.
His Atlanta blurb:
"They’ll take Lewis if he's available here, or they could take Virginia’s Adam Haseley instead if Atlanta prioritizes a bat. I know they like Shane Baz too. I've also heard them going with Mark Vientos at No. 41 if he gets there or possibly Stanford sophomore Tristan Beck, who didn't pitch this year due to a stress fracture."
I'll be celebrating for a while if we get out of tomorrow night with Wright and Vientos.

I wouldnt normally be okay with Wright but this year might be an exception. I believe the key to winning is getting a glut of young talent to the majors in a short period of time and Wright could slide right behind the group we have at AA now. Potentially starting at high A this year then moving to AA in his first full minor league year.

It’s over."

College guys don't generally thrown a ton in the year they're drafted. I wouldn't expect Wright to be different.
I'd imagine it would be similar to what we did with Harrington last year -- a few short outings in Danville and that's it. They had pretty similar college workloads during their draft years.
