If Albies comes up and establishes himself at second and TD keeps hitting and limits his strikeouts, what do we do? Do we move TD to third or the outfield, or do we make one of them trade bait?

No, I think TD makes a TON of sense at third base. His power would play there and I've heard he's got the arm for it.

go around the infield with Feeman - Albies - Swanson - TD

Worst case, Demeritte could be a phenomenal utility guy.

FG rates his arm as a 50. They give him plus or plus plus grades on defense. Does a guy with an arm just barely not good enough for SS work at 3b full time? Hard to say for sure, but he is putting himself in the discussion for playing time on the IF.

I still think we are looking at a lesser version of Javy Baez, and the Cubs have shown how valuable that type of player can be.

I think Enscheff is on this one... I see him being a super sub.. playing multi position and being a big time pinch hit bat when not playing. Basically a more athletic S-rod.

Pipeline has his arm at 60 FWIW, but I'm more inclined to go with FG than Pipeline.

Either way, definitely the profile of a guy that can handle SS at least on a short term basis.

Reynolds came in bases loaded 2 outs with a 7-3 lead. Ball1, ball2, ball3, ball4 (7-4) Ball5, ball6, ball7,ball8 (7-5) ball9, ball10, strike1, ball11.. bloop single (7-7), ball1, ball2 line drive to center.. game over.. Mr. Reynolds the manager would like to see you in his office. something about you suck and we are cutting you..

And he was not barely missing.. these were terrible pitches.

SSS on TD still. We will see if that K rate is really trending down.

From a ceiling standpoint I'd move Swanson over TD and Albies but that will NEVER happen in real life. I love Albies and want to keep him but he's soo much more valuable at SS. You wonder if there is a deal that makes sense.

TD isn't a spring chicken and still at AA. He's not old for the level but neither is he young. So I'm trying to stay grounded.

If he was going to be a 250/330/500+ player with plus defense then I think he's either a huge trade chip or we find a place for that bat. If he's playing the Infante all star role with power then we've got something. Lots of options for late inning defensive or offensive or double switches.

Plus we got him for a bag of balls.

Definitely too early on TD, but I agree with Enscheff that if he keeps moving forward like this we're looking at a Baez type and he's got the glove to make an impact at a number of positions.

Well, yeah. That hypothetical version of TD is about a 6 win player. I'm not holding my breath on that.
