Swanson and Garcia are the flip side of that statement

I've seen three Braves as locked in this much and that's Marcus Giles when he went like 10-10 or 11-11, Chipper Jones, and Freddie...quite amazing.

I said this in the minor league thread... while Swanson has been awful and pressing... he's also been the victim from some bad luck. He is number 1 in MLB in line outs with 14. The more impressive thing is that Freeman is number 2 on the Braves with 10 line outs... can you imagine if some of those fell? Dude is switched on... plain dominance.

Sad Freddito's prime years are being wasted on this team because of stadium aspirations.

Tv crew is right... we have to get someone in the 2-hole that can get on in front of FF. I guess you could go...

    Inciarte
    FF
    KEMvP
    Markakis
    Phillips
    Flowers
    Garcia
    Swanson

Yea but regardless the hitters ahead of Freddie aren't doing their jobs. Dude has like 6 HRs and 8 RBIs....that's a horrible comparison.

    I was thinking:

    Freddie
    Freddie
    Freddie
    Freddie
    Freddie
    Freddie
    Freddie
    Freeman
    Freddie

At this point, why don't we just give Kubitza another shot at 3rd? He can't be worse than Garcia and he's hitting a lot better than Ruiz.

I wasn't comparing them... I was showing how dominate Freddie has been even with a ton of line outs. I think you missed my point.

No I was referring to the 6 HRs and 8 RBI being horrible. Not your point...I understood it.

Tehran is really good. He's a good two and would be elite 3.

I hope we get a full rotation out of folty, Newcombe, wisler, Blair, weigel, fried, allard and soroka. I hope that means we can flip jt with 2 years left for some hitting. Bc Swanson and ender I like but I want them hitting 7 and 8

Agreed. We haven't had better in years. So he's owned by Bryce..Gnats...whatever. I'll take five of him.

Nats' hitters just fouling off tons of pitches and Julio can't seem to consistently put them away.
