I thought it was the Marlins, but no. Brewers and Nationals. Snapped in his 5th ab vs the Nationals.

He's essentially admitting that it's unrealistic, but that it's a goal.

There are plenty of instances of execs saying that they expect significant increases, though.

Bottom line for me is that they need a winning team in order to do that, so it might take a while.
Same article showed that if the Braves do on average what other new stadiums did they will end up with around 2.7 million in attendance this year. I think that should be the goal and considered a success.

Yeah, they are. My understanding (and I could certainly be wrong) is that the Braves/Liberty financed the developments around the park and will own the revenue. My point to thethe was that the residential development is fairly inconsequential in the larger scheme of things...just another revenue stream.

Never going to happen. 2.5-2.8 on a regular basis I'd more reasonable.

The office buildings will generate residential opportunities in the surrounding areas. If the housing occupies at the battery quickly they will develop more outside as well.

Right. Low attendance at the start is actually part of the grander plan. You simply can't comprehend the plan envisioned by The Genius.

I'm hoping they do. But again - the FO goal was 3M in attendance. They won't come close. So are they just being fluffy or are they this bad at forecasting?
Well they can't forecast MLB production, so why would they be able to forecast anything else?

What can you expect from people who use trash stats like surplus value.
