I think the Browns are targeting Trubisky with their second pick, and they are gonna have to move down in the 6-8 range to pull that off, if not higher if the bears punt defense.
Rumors are the falcons are wanting to move up a bit for a pass rusher. There will be plenty left when they pick, but I think they are set on a few. Derek Rivers from Youngstown has my eye for them. Rumor was a few weeks ago, they could have free safety Justin Evans from T a & m in their sites as well.

Also- there were a few players with legal issues popping up of late. Brantley the DT from UF, and the CB from Ohio State. Peppers and Foster both gave diluted tests at the combine as well...not helping their case.
Will also be interesting where Mixon goes.

Falcons ended up with Willis last night in the ESPN beat writers draft. I think they look at Duke Riley later in the 3rd\4th too.
And also- who I think is one of the top players in the entire draft Corey Davis fit in with Pittsburgh late in RD 1. I think he is going to be a steal.
Georgia Southern RB Matt Brieda will open some eyes if he gets a shot. Guy would have put up top RB numbers in all categories if he had been invited to combine. Crazy fast.
Also from GS- Ironhead Gallon should make a nice back up SS, and special teams ace. BJ Johnson also would make a great blocking WR, special teams player, and solid possession threat.

A little stunned with the Bears selection and really disappointed they had to give up picks to do it (team was already short on picks to begin with). Need to address the secondary in the 2nd round, but I'll be very shocked if they keep that 2nd round pick. Gotta imagine they will look to trade back and acquire more picks.

1st Round winners and losers
Winners:
Browns: Got the top pick right, makes a good trade to acquire additional picks, goes back into the first round twice, g a thing two more solid players. A night the Browns needed.
49ers: John Lynch had himself a night in his first draft as GM. Getting an elite DE in Thomas, getting a steal in Foster st 31, and a haul in a trade moving down only one spot.
Buccaneers: A team on the rise and got perhaps the steal of the draft in OJ Howard. Their offense takes a step forward.
Losers:
Raiders: It's appropriate the Raiders are moving to Las Vegas in a couple of years, because they took a huge gamble wit h the selection of Conley and the allegations surrounding him.
Bears: Give up three draft picks to move up one spot and draft a QB after you gave a rich deal to Mike Glennon. Don't get that one.

Would be surprised if he is a star, but should at least be solid regular.
He also has balky shoulders .
Undersized DL can have some real shoulder issues.

After reading up on Takk, I'm pretty happy with it. The FO loves their ultra athletic guys and he has long arms, speed, and agility in spades.
Jeremiah at NFL .com called the move up and the pairing weeks ago actually.
