I'd love for us to do something like this, especially for Colon since he probably has more value to the Mets. Unfortunately, I'd imagine the front office still wants to keep up the perception that we're aiming to compete this year, so I doubt it would happen. At least not this early.
Don't think they are good enough offensively to actually complete, but their pitching is bottom of the barrel.
