    pretty sad to see him give up on his dreams, but baseball (and all sports) is a hard business to "make it". We all envy those who do make it but don't pay much attention to the ones that never do.

    Jed apparently is one of those. Good luck. Still nice 6 years and a lot of money playing ball.
