Inconsistent umpiring in this game. Looked like Dickey threw four strikes in the last sequence but only two were called as such. RA was clearly frustrated.

R.A. has been screwed with his pitches. He's done a great job,

I blame the UMP for this one. Dickey has been terrific.

At worst, we should be down by only one. The walk ahead of the HR was horse[bleep].

In other words, coming into the 8th inning down by 2 runs... we send up hitters batting .000, .174, and .185.

We had all of the chances in the world to win this. You have to hit with RISP.

Agreed. As BS as the umpiring has been, the main reason we lost this game was our 1 for 12 RISP stat.

Neck grounding into a 1-2-3 twin killing in the first inning pretty much set the tone for the day.

Yea but he drove in our only run...I still don't think Kemp has caught on to the fact that he's been getting nothing but sliders away...and yet he continues to flip it off the end of the bat to right.

But sometimes you gotta win these 1-0 games to keep streaks going...Dickey still sucks to me.

Kemp's hitting .320 with ops of .920. Not really sure what you're expecting out of him

Some people just know how to drive in runs. Kemp only knows how to protect.

18 RBIs in 24 games. No idea what his LOB looks like

He was hitting almost .350 with RISP coming into today. Only real issue is that over half his XBH have come with nobody on base (including 4 of his 6 HR).

We left 23 on base today with 11 of those by FF (5) and kemp (6). Both are having outstanding years, so I won't blame them for anything, but we can't win with them doing that

But he was over 1000 like two weeks ago. Clearly in decline.
