Apparently the Colon bobble head is the first bobble head that doesn't move its head up and down, but instead only looks forward before quickly looking directly behind him. So it all makes sense now.

Solid effort there, but Bartolo is enough of a veteran leader that he doesn't even watch the ball leave the park. He knows when it's gone as soon as contact is made. His biggest contribution this year is going to be to teach the youngsters the difference between a loud out and a HR.

He's also teaching the youngsters not to get in his way during a buffet.

Sort of like when Jerry West used to shoot, turn around, clap his hands twice, and run back down to the other end of the court. He knew where it was going.

    I can't believe anyone doesn't like a dickey. Quite a fashion statement!

Edinson Volquez hasn't pitched well this year until today, but he was someone I would have preferred to either Dickey or Colon.
