80 pitches for Newk. Would have liked to see him try to get through the lineup that 3rd time.

Snit likely wanted a RHer to face the 3 RHed hitters coming up.

It's the 7th inning. Ramirez is the 7th inning guy.

Stone Age Baseball right here, folks.

I don't why... pitching 3 out of every 4 games should be no problem

In a playoff game this was the correct move to make. Snit is practicing for next year.

Probably the shortest HR Flowers will get...or was his game winner to right even shorter?

With Hosmer and Moose fixin to be FA they will be terrible next year. This offseason is what I was talking about.

Kansas City farm (once lauded) is absolutely horrendous right now. They need to trade all of their assets next month just to try to restock their farm. They are not going to win the World Series this year.

Snit juuuust can't quite figure out that Kemp needs to be replaced defensively late in close games.

Guessing it was a combination of the hitters due up and their general plan for limiting Newcomb's innings. He'd have been over 90 and approaching 100+ if he completed the inning and that's probably more than they want him tossing.

Jace hitting .339 at AAA. I think it's time to flip him and Ruiz. Camargo will and should play at 3b, so let Ruiz play every day at AAA

Agreed. Rio has been lost since he homered off Scherzer.
