Stone Jr., the longtime Trump adviser who was indicted last month, must testify before a grand jury.
In a unanimous ruling, a three-judge panel on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected a challenge to Mr. Mueller’s authority brought by Mr. Stone’s aide, Andrew Miller, who has been resisting a subpoena since last summer. After a Federal District Court judge held him in contempt of court, he appealed.
But in a 16-page opinion, Judge Judith W. Rogers upheld Mr. Mueller’s authority, holding that “Miller’s challenge to the appointment of the Special Counsel fails. Accordingly, we affirm the order finding Miller in civil contempt.”

I heard Michael Cohen say Trump did not direct him to lie to congress.
I also heard him say he has no direct knowledge of Russian collusion.
Everything else is what the never Trumpers litigated 3 years ago.

I've said that a significant portion of the collaboration occurred in broad daylight. The most notorious part which did so was this:
“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing.”
Taken alone it is possible to see this as an innocuous joke. But it needs to be contextualized. Part of the context is Trump's likely knowledge at the time that GRU had provided the hacked emails to WikiLeaks, who were in turn releasing them. Another part of the context is the negotiations of the Moscow real estate deal. Another is the response that very evening by the Russian hackers to make new efforts to hack into the Clinton campaign.
Properly contextualized, we can see that some of the most important aspects of the collaboration between Trump and his campaign and the Russians happened in broad daylight.
And when Trump fired Comey he wanted the world to know the Russian investigation was why. He wanted Rosenstein to put it in his letter of explanation. He told Lester Holt. And he told Lavrov and Kislyak.
When something incredible happens in plain view we sometimes doubt our eyes.

Cohen even just said the moscow deal was being discussed with trump never thinking he was going to win.
Just give it up. Its never going to happen.
I believe he never thought he'd win. Considering the legal quicksand he's in now, that really is the most interesting part of this whole fiasco.

Prosecutors care and that's what matters. Many would punch a baby to further their career. They will want to make a name for themselves by taking down Trump or his family. Presidency only protects for so long
