The judge asked both counsellors to approach the bench and, in a very quiet voice, said,

Democrat Rep from Mass. Joe Kennedy admitting that law enforcement uses marijuana prohibition as a mean to justify searches for other things and they dont want legalization because they will lose ability to search anything and everything just by saying they smell marijuana which cant be proven or disproven in court.
