White County, Tennessee Sheriff Oddie Shoupe caught on body cam giving the order to kill a suspect in a 40 year old truck on a low speed chase with police over a suspended license then these quotes afterwards.
Dont forget to listen to the part where he calls his supervisor and tries to justify the shooting and says he hated to do it but its "what they do" then immediately afterwards tells another cop that will give the order to kill on a whim and "loves this ****".
