That's right, a cop says they didn't know it was illegal to order a minor to masturbate in front of a group of cops so they could take pictures of his penis. This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard from a court of law since a lawyer for CPS tries to claim there was no way for a CPS worker to know that lying about abuse to get a court order to remove the child from their parents was wrong/illegal.

Jail staff let a ****ing prisoner into unsecured areas unsupervised and even let him leave the jail. The staff responsible were suspended.... for helping a prisoner break out of jail......
