By the way, Kyle Lohse pitched 6 shutout innings tonight for Milwaukee and has been pitching reallly well. Man if becomes available the Braves need to be all over that.

From all reports and interviews and reading these threads, I think everyone agrees another pen arm, back up infielder and SP are the 3 biggest needs. While unlikely that we could fill all 3 by Wednesday, who would you say are the top options for those 3 needs?
I'd go with Gregerson, Peavy and Bonifacio.
We would have to get up a few guys we dont want to, but id love to add Gregerson and Bonifacio.
Peavy has been scratched for tonite. RedSox in the air. A,s moving on. ANy possibility that Wren gets back in on Peavy with Beachy,s less than spectacular outing last nite???
Shafer has to have some value to a rebuilding team. Very redundant for us now. Seems to me he would be a very good trade chip.
I'd love Lohse but not sure what it would cost for him.
Assuming that doesn't happen, I'd like to see Wren add another bullpen arm from the right side. Walden is pretty much our only high leverage righty.
I don't see how Lohse is an upgrade for us...
You don't think Lohse is better than Medlen, Wood, Maholm, Beachy?
Plus, we don't need him to get into the playoffs, so it would only be for our playoff rotation.
Teheran, Minor, Medlen....I don't really think Lohse upgrades that in a big enough way to warrant trading a spect. Unless the spect is on a Rasmus level.
