Actually it's standard operating procedure. Any roster move elicits a total freak show here. This may be nothing more than a quick look or evaluation to see how he responds against major league hitting...or something else. It doesn't mean that it was automatically an indication of pure cluelesness, when it's crystal clear that the respondents on Page 1 of this thread know better.
