The people revolting is clear. They are sick of Islamic rule. The removal of the hijab for many women is a direct action to support that. Its a shame that you or anyone could not see this. White/Liberal/Americans defend Islam more than the Iranians.

thethe, I'm going to wager that you don't know much about Iran. That's not a shot at you--I don't know much either. But I do know that it's probably a fool's errand for either of us to think we know exactly what's going on there, and why...particularly if we're only viewing it through a American lens, and a disingenuously partisan one, at that.
PS, the clip above is not from Iran. Which tends to support my case, I think.
Just know what I've read. I would never claim to be an expert on Iran but I know human nature and people yearn to be free and that's what we are seeing.

It's going to be a long struggle fit peace for the Iranian people but as long as the mullahs are removed it's a step in the right direction.
