It all starts with the drug war. We take innocent people and turn them into hardened criminals the release them back on the streets with little to no chance of employment then wonder why that guy goes Rob a bank or his people.

So a guy commits a crime (his own doing) and he goes to jail for it. Than the guy commits more and harsher crimes later because he’s unemployable. Yet that’s society’s fault?

We as a society vote for the politicians who make the laws that put Harmon in prison for a crime with no victim. Prison is a mental illness factory. You can develop them there or have current mental illnesses get much worse.



To ignore the context of a law is ignorant. Long story short the drug laws were created using lies to advance a racist agenda. It goes all the way back to the war of 1812 when we provoked a war with Mexico so we could take their land after getting our asses handed to us in Canadia. Obviously we won big time but there was a problem with this land we just conquered. It was full of Mexicans. Cannabis was popular amongst Mexicans so we outlawed that so we had a legal justification to arrest and deport Mexicans. Even deported thousands of actual American citizens too.




To still have these laws is akin to if Germany was prosecuting Jews under Nazi era laws.



That's all a moot point though. The issue is wether he was legally shot. Did you see him charge an officer with a knife while verbally saying he was going to stab them? Is it clear enough that there shouldn't even be a trial?

It's really hard to say what happened there, the bodycam footage is too unstable to make much out. There should at least be some attempt made to clean it up digitally, figure out what happened, and then release an explanation.

Police slaver arrests black man walking down the street. Apparently he knew the guy had a suspended license and asked him for his driver's license...... while he was walking down the road..... Now it has been acknowledged that the cop had no right to ask for his license and the victim was 100% right. The cop was fired but he was suspended once before for this same thing. This is not a fireable offense this is a criminal offense. Kidnapping. Assault. Filing a false police report. Numerous felonies. He won't even get a trial. This exact situation is why cops deserve to die. You don't get to commit crimes against people and just lose your job. Well. We dont. Cops do. And that's the problem. Contempt of cop is not a crime. Arresting someone for contempt of cop actually is a crime.

I totally agree with you regarding police accountability ... up to the point where you say it's "why cops deserve to die".
