There are many restrictions to getting a gun. None for voting except age(maybe criminality). A basic citizenship test wouldn't be racist. Immigrants coming to this country have to take one so why is that not racist?

Probably a little less.

But I think we improve more in run prevention than we regress in scoring. I am cautiously optimistic about the pitching. And defense should be quite a bit better.
