Ditch one of our superfluous OF and get Uggla back up. Hopefully he'll have a nasty fire under his ass

Yep. Uggla should be starting game three.

So I was wrong regarding my initial reaction to it live (and to the initial replay).

If you're not going to use Waldden just come up with an injury and activate Uggla. Or if you want to ditch a position player go ahead and ditch EJ. Just come up with something.

I'm fine withEJ as a defensive replacement or PR. Never know some day we may need a defensive replacmeent for Uggla and CJ. Or if one goes down.

Really wish we gave Tommy some looks at the end of theseason but it seems like Fredi made his bed with Elliot and now we're getting effed in the a.

Those posters that think that Kimbrel should have been brought in to get 6 outs are being crazy...look at how he struggled just getting 4.

We need EJ for backup. Constanza is pointless.

Here I thought EJ replaced Uggla and it was actually the fans all along.

ESPN can cry me a damn river about the call at 2nd. I got a whole list of bad calls against the Braves.

Infield fly, Kent Hrbek and Eric ****ing Fatass Gregg for starters.

I would take Reed off or Jordan and keep BJ on the roster.

For defensive replacement, Heyward-Upton-Upton have great chemistry out there.

    Just this series.

Greinke had a HUGE strike zone, while our pitchers got squeezed, along with numerous check swings that went around but weren't called.

    And Gordon was out.

Fair enough, but BJ should not be allowed to hit again until all pitchers have hit first. Strictly defense and base running, nothing else.

That's the important thing, he was out.

ESPN can bitch, they're allowed, I really hope that we win it all beating the Dodgers, Cardinals and Boston so ESPN goes bonkers and Jason and Freddie can just tea bag everyone.

Also Mike Minor is kinda looking like Cole Hamels did for the Phillies during their run, hopefully he keeps it up. What's most important is Julio winning game 3.

Which I think is fair. Bossman should defensively replace Gattis and that's about it.

Why in the world was Eric Gregg allowed to call a playoff game in the first place? The guy was the worst ump in baseball history. To this day I can't figure it out.

My huge fear is that will pull CJ for Janish, McCann (pinch runner) for Laird, and Gattis for BJ and a team will tie the game and we'll need those hitters late or in extras. It's bound to happen and it will freaking suck to have those bums in the middle of the order.

Sounds like they're really going to try and push the Dee Gordon steal as the deciding factor of the game...or is it just me? Did they already forget we already had one out and Kimbrel struckout the next batter anyway? So even if he was safe, Gordon would've been on 2B but the Dodgers still would've had 2 outs. And even if they sac-bunted for some reason, then he would've been on 3B with 2 outs. It's not like the next batter came up and roped a double or anything.
