I would actually agree—though they're both execrable positions to take, and I don't support either.
It's an apples to idiocy comparison, though, so good job. But I think meaningful personhood begins at birth*, so I see both outlawing slavery and not outlawing abortion as actions that preserve freedoms for persons.
*(I actually probably think personhood begins sometime around 2-4 years of age, but I'm willing to cut babies a break because they can legitimately exist outside a person's body.)

Amazes me that consensual sex between an adult and an 18 year old is considered heinous, but destroying an unborn baby's path to livelihood is considered totally fine, if not celebrated

These women of allegations were not eighteen. And for my part, I never said their relationships with Moore were heinous (provided they were consensual). And—again, for my part—I also noted that the heinous aspects of Moore's candidacy sat largely apart from the accusations of ephebophilia, in the realm of actual illegality.

Since this is my State, I’m taking a keen interest. I’m monitoring the Twitter of one of the most trusted news men in Mobile, who is constantly updating results. Jones had been taking the very early returns, but with 5% reported, Moore just took the lead for the first time.

Rural counties have not reported. I think this one can be called but I'm no expert.
We all do it to a certain extent. Can't disagree with that. But a certain level of that creates engaging conversation and challenges accepted norms for both parties.
I think we are seeing a much more aggressive form lately which is dangerous.
