The clone of Babe Ruth that the Yankees have been working on for the past couple decades.
Current contracts? I'd take my chances on staying with Acuna.
I don’t think any player in the game currently fits the Braves needs and time line better than Acuna.
I’m not sure I’d trade him for anyone. Judge or Bryant are the only guys I would consider, and they aren’t being traded.
Yeah, Trout is about it right now.
A 23 year old Chipper.
Has there EVER been a statement and question a certain someone should absolutely never have made and asked publicly more than...
Kinda pathetic to see yourself as a message board knight in shining armor. How impotent does someone have to be in real life to resort to playing hero on a message board?

There arent too many players i'd trade Acuna for.
Not even 20!!! yet, and cheap for 6-7 years if we hold him back.
Not too many players have great team-friendly deals that are elite talents.
He just turned 20 earlier this week, but yeah it would have to be an incredible deal for me to give Acuna up. I am a big believer that he will be a really good major leaguer, and we should have control of him for 7 years. There isn't a lot I would trade that for. Maybe nothing. I think it depends on what you think Acuna is going to become. Do you think he is a 2-3 WAR player? 3-4, 4-5, 5+? I think he will be a consistent 4 win player, with some seasons getting up to 5 or 6. That has an insane amount of value when you add in his control
I’m with y’all, it would take a crazy over pay to get him away from us imo. He has all the talent to be a super star. With him, Albies, Swanson, and all the young pitching we have the future is super bright.
This....Acuna has to be considered nearly untouchable. Only way you trade him is if you are filling MULTIPLE needs with players under contracts that are impact makers. Not likely. With very few quality offensive players close to the majors, you keep Acuna.
Maybe a package built around Archer and Kiermaier...even then I don’t think I’d do a deal. Kiermaier hasn’t played more than 108 games in 3 of his 4 seasons. It would be a win now kind of trade, but I think we can win with Acuna and some of our prospects

Get off my lawn!
I wasn't really advocating trading Acuna by naming Springer. I just named him to point out how untouchable Acuna is in my view. No way Houston would move Springer of course.
