DIFFERENT YEAR, SAME CHOKE JOB
WONDER HOW THINGS ARE GOING OVER AT SCOUT
PD IS PROBABLY BLACKED OUT

I was okay with Carpenter starting the 8th, but Fredi has to be freaking retarded to leave him in after that double. Once the winning run is at the plate, your best relief pitcher needs to be in there for as long as he can go.
If he gets out of it, then hell we could have pitched 3 different guys for 3 outs in the 9th if we had to against the bottom of their order.
The really depressing part of this is we are stuck with what we have. We're not firing Fredi even though we should, we're stuck with two albatross contracts in BJ and Uggla, we have two of the most talented players in baseball In Heyward and Justin that are complete wastes of talent.
We have become the Cubs of October. Cursed. Hated.
We left 2 runners on base in the 7th and 8th. Freddie grounded on first pitch and Elliot well... Elliot.
Forever Fredi

Well, I guess we'll all feel slightly better when Uribe and Puig get their 50 game suspensions next year.

Maybe Fredi was just saving Kimbrel just in case he needed him for the 6 out save in game 5?
