Look for Fizza, house-cut fries topped with marinara, shredded mozzarella and fried pepperoni; the Los Bravos Gigante Burrito, a 2-foot burrito that comes in a carrying case, designed to be shared by four people; and the Pig Pickin’, which made its debut at the end of last season and offers smoked pork covered in Coca-Cola BBQ sauce, mac and cheese, coleslaw, grilled corn and cracklins.
Idk about the Pig Pickin, but I am all about the Fizza and the Gigante Burrito. Going to go to an extra game or two just try those lol

There is absolutely no reason for the south to be fat when we can have such healthy offerings such as a hamburger with pepperoni pizza buns, with a side of french fries turned into a pizza.

For your pre-meal salad you can have a mozzarella, pepperoni, and bread salad with marinara dressing. Hold the lettuce and other vegetables.

Absolutely no reason to be fat.

To be fair to the South, I’m severely underweight for my height right now. You can eat some of that stuff as long as you don’t eat much of it

So poutine italienne; a gimmick burrito; and a barbecue twist on the Upstate New York Garbage Plate except wow cracklins too. If new, not very inventive.

I’d probably try the latter, though, were I to ever be given free tickets to Cobb County.

Nice that they’re featuring Terrapin, however, even if it’s essentially a MillerCoors subsidiary now.

I wonder how many people would swap water with vodka or everclear for the one bottle of water rule?

    Those are heinous options.

Since when did ballpark food = fair food?

I am a believer that a baseball team should have something they are known for like the dodger dog. Just do a few things, and do them better than anyone else.

I wasn't impressed with the food at the Benz dome for a Falcons game either. It was awful. I think we were told to eat at Game Changers, and those sandwiches were horrific.

I haven't been to a game at Suntrust yet, but the food at Turner was awful. I remember getting a burger once that obviously been wrapped and kept hot for hours, and nachos that were identical to what you get at high school football games (except that they cost more than twice as much at Turner.) I suspect that is part of the reason we are seeing such a marketing push for the Suntrust food. I don't think they need to do this over the top stuff, just have decent food at a price where you make a profit and dinner at the game doesn't cost more than the seats do.

I'd prefer quality food over gimmicky food.

Just do boiled peanuts and good chicken & biscuits and be done with it. MLB ballparks don’t need to serve state fair food, as Tapate said, and they don’t need to feature molecular gastronomy wizardry either—just some localish well-made options that aren’t too difficult to eat without looking.

And at a reasonable price. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a 'signature' menu item, but some things need always be affordable.

I ordered a Chicken Tender basket at SunTrust. It was 3 chode-looking fingers and ... I **** you not ... tortilla chips.

I was promised by another poster that the food at the Benz was "guaranteed to suck" at that price point.

Tapate, did you try any of the po' folk stuff when you visited?
