Folty being Folty in next to last ST game
Used 22 pitches to get out of 1st unscathed.
2nd inning totally different.4 straight singles, 2 DBLs on top, then another single for 7 hits and 6 runs before a line out into DP. Another 20 pitches, 42 total.
Replaced by Carle to start 3rd.
Took till the last Florida spring training game, but folty finally showed up. Great way to enter season
In an attempt to be positive, it's not uncommon to see pitchers lay an egg late in spring training. Its about now you see guys battling through dead arm periods. Hopefully it's just that.
