That would be a massive improvement.
Given that he changed his approach from strong slap hitter that occasionally pops a HR I'm not seeing the .300+ hitter outside of peak years, but I could be proven wrong, my guess is still things are going to balance out, but his balancing out won't be Inciarte like in that he goes LONG stretches without a long ball, it'll be his rebound from the left side against RHP continues, he hits more singles, starts walking more, and ends up at about .280/.330/.450, with his right side being absolutely killer and left side being average to slightly above, passable enough to not bring things down for him.
Or I could see around .300/.350/.480 as a high side.
Considering in most cases, patience can be learned with time, it's very possible his normal season might be around an .800 OPS.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

Hard contact is actually (in SSS) at 50% now in June. The Gods just decided it's time for him to stink up a storm.

Just balancing out what happened at the first of the year. His wOBA is 340 and xwOBA is 338 on the season
