It was 10-2. There is no reason this game should've gotten to the good part of the bullpen.

Can't take your foot off the pedal. Offense has been coasting the last few innings.

It’s just a tough game. Cubs finally realized that you need to just put the ball in play since no one can field in these conditions, apparently.

Ramirez isn't exactly a good part of the pen at the moment.

This is what happens when you make a mistake of leaving Newcomb in. I knew leaving him in was a mistake.

It's going to end up being a save opportunity.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

Sorry y'all, but if you pull Newcomb this isn't an issue...

And half this board was critical of Newcomb. Newcomb was outstanding in these garbage conditions. DFA Ramirez

Like I said, Jose Ramirez is a part of the BAD part of the bullpen at the moment...

They gave up 3 runs through 6 innings. That isnt close to the reason why.

This would be an insanely bad loss. Like, way bad.
