The reverse splits are the odd thing about Biddle.

In AA last year, he had these numbers against righties: 38 IP 26 H 10 BB 41 Ks

    Against lefties: 11 IP 22 H 6 BB 12 Ks

I'm sure this information will be impressed upon Snitker.

I think Biddle can be effective if properly used.

But he isn't the kind of situational lefty who is going to take the load off of Sam Freeman.

Kinda figure that if the team's still hanging around the fringes of the wildcard race after the deadline that Fried or Allard becomes the situational lefty.

Using Fried in that role now would make some sense if you're buying that they have a chance, but if you're still hoping to develop him as a starter (and/or trade chip) you don't want to have to stretch him back out in a few months to get him innings IMO.
Has there EVER been a statement and question a certain someone should absolutely never have made and asked publicly more than...

Kinda pathetic to see yourself as a message board knight in shining armor. How impotent does someone have to be in real life to resort to playing hero on a message board?
