Pretty sure last year they reported late at night that the x-rays were inconclusive. Really hoping we get good news. Looked to me like the ball may have hit him a little lower down toward the wrist instead of the bottom part of the hand. Hopefully just a bone bruise.

The Braves haven’t announced the results of Freeman’s X-ray. But it does seem like there’s reason to believe his wrist might not be fractured.

Good to see we keep on winning but obviously a huge bummer with freeman. I think he has been fighting a bum elbow since that game in Colorado personally so maybe a couple of weeks on the DL will be good for him. Pitching is going to have to carry us now.

If he can spit or foul off sliders , the pitchers will adjust back. He just has to keep that up to see more than sliders away.
