Doesn't look good... but lets hope for a bruise only

I’ll settle for a 2-week DL stint at this point.

Sure would. Looked like he wasn't in as much pain as last time, though. I sure hope that's really the case.

Bowman- The Braves haven’t announced the results of Freeman’s X-ray. But it does seem like there’s reason to believe his wrist might not be fractured.

BTW, this is a real tweet. I thought it was a joke post at first.

#Braves will update Freddie Freeman's condition soon, but there is cautious optimism that he may have avoided a major injury.

Related: I don't know how soon that soon is, so maybe try to sleep in the interim.

Didn't he have a hand injury in '15 or '16 right around ASB in NY?

Call up Acuna, throw Albies in the three-hole, Swanson in the two and let the youth movement begin.

What actually will happen: Inciarte, Albies, Markakis.

Am I having a flashback to a drunken blackout here, or did Neck play a few innings of 1B in the spring?

If Markakis or even Tucker could handle 1B at all defensively, Acuña has to be the call up.

And AA needs to go ahead and DFA Culberson immediately so that Snit doesn't have the temptation to start him in Freeman's place.

Any news on when he will be re-evaluated? Either way I doubt it's good news.
