Pike blew up his line and he was wearing down in the fifth. Wright had a lot of bad luck tonight, plenty of soft contact. He was good for the first four innings.

Once he is added back Perez will be DFA'd, that will drop us to only 35 on the 40-man counting Blair who is out for the season (and could be put on the 60 day DL if needed). Joey Bats will take one spot though assuming he starts hitting.

Wilson is really surprising me this year. I knew he was good. But this is getting soroka level good. I pegged him as a closer. Might need to re-think that.

That Perez DFA came faster than I thought. No surprise on Wisler going down either as he wasn't going to start again anyway. I figured that would be the case once I saw Whitley recalled.
