According the Kiley:
“A combination of corralling his rising velocity along with minor-league umpires has impacted his walk figures. Expect that to be fixed sooner than later. Otherwise, his main concerns are the consistency of his offspeed stuff and remaining healthy.”

Admire that you guys are still digging into your riley isn't all that despite all evidence pointing to the contrary.
Good to see Anderson put a couple starts together where walks haven't been a problem. Hopefully he keeps it up. Still think his ceiling is as a number 3 but that's better than marginal player if he can't improve his control.

Looks like Riley's first AAA PA will be vs tomshaw. He's a 29-year-old rhp with a huge era
Do I really need to dig up old posts to remind people that many on here have scoffed at the fact of rile being a good major leaguer? I don't play that game and it's equivalent to demanding someone bet money on a statement. The record is clear and everyone on this board knows it.
What the heck does what people said last year or in previous years about Riley have to do with anything you said in this particular thread? Many people have questioned Riley's bat speed and defense in the past, including myself. Hopefully he continues to prove those of us that doubted him wrong.
But you made a comment that people were dogging Riley right now, not in the past. That's simply you throwing out victim comments with no basis.
