Things That Annoy Rico on Sunday

Forgive my indulgence. I don't make a habit of this.

1) Fans who turn on a player (pitcher) after one bad game (start). Please remember they are competing against major leaguers as well?

2) Matt Kemp is hitting .330 for the Dodgers. (Mitigating factor: Dodgers are 6 1/2 back at 15-18)

3) People who say we should take a chance on Matt Harvey. Were you not paying attention this week? He is D-U-N.

4) The ongoing absence of Rico Carty and Joe Torre from the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame (this is Aaron's doing, who was KO'd by both in separate airline flights back in the day).

5) The club's refusal to give Camargo a full shot at 3B despite all evidence that he was ready. Hopefully, the Swanson DL will be the opening he needed to prove himself.

Matt kemp started quickly last season too... even more so. Enscheff and I had the 1.0 bWAR bet. After about a month, kemp was already over 1.0; he's at 0.6 this season. It didn't go well after that for me or kemp

Kemp is truly in pretty good shape this year. He dropped 40 pounds in the offseason and actually does look good. He dropped some weight before last year, too, but not nearly this much.

Maybe but when he got hurt he must have stashed 20 twinkies in his back pocket daily. They were gushing out of him when ran. Painful. But I liked him ok.
