The more I hear about Archer the more it seems like it won't happen. The deals everyone talks about rarely happen.
Stroman would be my best guess now.
The Archer deal could swing the balance in a lot of teams favors. He could be the piece we need to go for the division and the same for the other teams involved. Wright, Contreras, Waters, and Touki are the only guys from the minors I wanna keep so anybody else is fair game for a big trade.
I read he nixed a trade to the Phillies. Apparently he just bought Cal Ripkens house up there.
Duvall’s name was never brought up so who knows at this point. It could be somebody we haven’t heard about.
AA has only 1.75 houirs to complete any deal. Will it be Archer or Harvey or Stroman?? Could it be Beltre or Solarte?? Only time will tell but that 1 Hr and 40 minutes will seem like days.
