It's still amazing to me that the Marlins traded Yelich for Brinson (I know there was more but he was the centerpiece) who is batting 8th for them and hitting .169 and they were asking the Braves for Acuna.

Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

Joe seems incapable of grasping the fact that analytics won't give you the correct answer 100% of the time. It's painful to listen to someone be so aggressively stupid.
or the fact freeman hits even better when there is no shift. clearly it works it's just freeman is such a good hitter he will still get his.
