I've always thought Brinson was super overrated due to his contact issues and having to repeat levels to have good success, but I'm not sure why this is amazing in any way. Brinson has been a top 20-25 prospect the past three seasons, and was #13 on fangraphs going into this season. The marlins weren't going to trade Yelich without getting a top 15 type prospect, nor should they have.
Before I get chastised, Albies has has great at-bats with nothing to show so far
I'd put Inciarte back leadoff tomorrow, I like him not leading off vs lefties due to his struggles vs lefties so far (before last night and so far tonight). I'd put Albies back in the two hole in front of Freeman. That probably leaves Acuna 5th the way Markakis is hitting.
Joey going yard here calling it...
Or not
no talk about the shift working for the Braves, Joe?

Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.
Like I said before Albies faced a LHP in Cincy, there's issues if he doesn't hit him.
I think it's time to get a teeny bit concerned.

Great at bat from Acuña.

Also that was an excellent take.

Great AB for Acuna!
