I love how Acuna sees a lot of pitches. Albies has the ability, but he too often swings at the 1st pitch.

Chip and Joe are acting like Acuña is lost at the plate. His numbers aren't great and his struggling a little bit but he's also been hitting some missiles directly at people. Those will even out over time.

Yea, I was just thinking about how those two PAs really juxtapose.

Yeah. He's been pretty steady with that this year. Quite annoying. He needs to be retired with the rest of the dinosaurs.

I absolutely love these segments where we ask Joe about hitting philosophy. Nothing like learning from a career .242 hitter.

Not awesome to walk the #8 guy; but awesome that Ureña gave the out back.

I guess that means no strikeouts, walks or homers. Doesn't really fit the Braves as they are 3rd in the NL in homers. The real anti-three-outcome team is the Padres as they don't do any of those things.

While it should be obvious that he doesn't know what he's talking about. You can really tell when they have Chipper in the booth and he talks about hitting. It's night and day in regards to hitting.

Hey: we learned he never worried about looking foolish on a swing, which probably served him well.

Why is Newk throwing a 3-1 changeup to Prado? That is just stupid. He looks like he's falling apart again.

Got out of it. See, no reason to get cute.
