We could pick a college player but that adds restrictions to the pool you're picking from instead of going BPA. It might work out fine but it's better to not be desperate for more developed talent.

And if Stewart's arm is seriously messed up, not signing him is the correct choice. Doesn't make the draft better though. Losing out on the 8th pick still sucks.
