For me, personally, I keep mentally lumping him in with the Blair/Wisler/Folty/Newk/Gant/Fried/Sanchez/ManBan group of pitchers (which has mostly been a complete flop) because he was acquired around the same time.
I have to constantly remind myself just how young he is. While it's too soon to say he definitely sticks as a SP, the steady improvements to his BB rate are certainly encouraging.

Add in the fact that he had barely pitched when he was drafted.
Touki reminds me of Tom Gordon (right handed with a good fastball,a top notch curve, and not always great control). Gordon was a good, but not great starter. When he moved to the pen he became an excellent reliever. I could see Touki being a guy that gets a lot of starts and a lot of relief appearances in his career.
