Looks like Winkler and Carle are left. Both pitched yesterday, but Carle only threw 9 pitches.

Flowers is left as a pinch hitter.

Schebler's fifth inning HR sure looked like it was hit further than 425 feet.

Good job, Luke. I think he has the most potential of Wisler/sims/Jackson carousel

I'm thinking our bullpen appreciates a "mini" home run.

Once Ozzie learns how to be a bit more selective, learns how to occasionally lay off of the high heat, and learns its okay to take a walk, he is going to be pretty special. I know he is already special, but he has some flaws that could be corrected and take him to another stratosphere.

    Few things-

Swanson celebrates the best in those situations. It’s fantastic to watch.

Also- think we just saw Lucas Sims career with the Braves wrap up?

I can't figure out why they insist on having Sims remain a starter in Gwinnett and then put him in relatively high leverage situations as a reliever with the big club. Maybe the results wouldn't be any different, but if they are going to use him in relief in the majors, he should be relieving in the minors. It's probably his long term future (if he has one) anyway.

I completely agree. We are judging a kid for failing at something he has not really done. I would like to see him in the pen in AAA for the rest of the year. He can work on making his fastball better in short bursts. It may not matter because his stuff isn’t good enough. But it is worth a try. I think everyone can clearly see he doesn’t have it to be a starter in the bigs.
