Does AA put the brakes on Allard's start tonight to keep from starting his clock now that Gausman's part of the rotation???

Has there EVER been a statement and question a certain someone should absolutely never have made and asked publicly more than...
Kinda pathetic to see yourself as a message board knight in shining armor. How impotent does someone have to be in real life to resort to playing hero on a message board?
No.
Would be interesting - Gausman last pitched on the 28th, so he's lined up to take Fried's place.

No, Allard needs this to continue his development. He wont get credit for this year of service time even if he sticks. You never know, a lot of young pitchers have fluky success when they first come up.

Let Allard start tonight then you can send him back to Gwinnett...just give him a taste of the big leagues
Get off my lawn!
No. Pitchers clocks don’t matter the way hitters clocks do. A pitcher is a risk every time they step on the field and their stuff continues to degrade each day as time passes. The quicker you can get them to the big leagues the better. Hitters have a much longer lifespan, thus the worry about their “clock.”
