I find it difficult to muster any sympathy.

I think Freeman threw dirt in his eye too.

I really like this lineup, actually. It sucks not having Camargo in there, but it's the moves are good all-around.

Hopefully we can step on their throats with a win today! A Phillies loss would be terrific as well.

He can pinch hit in a matchup situation a little better vs LHP maybe? Also- hard to ignore how smoking hot Charlie Hustle is right now.

He realizes that their season is officially over so there is no point now

Yeah, I'd like Camargo in there. Apparently the plan was to get the infielders a break save FF

It makes some sense in the long run - a double header and two day games that start a pretty brutal string of 22 games in 20 days. He's just trying to find rest spots for everyone at this point

Camargo is hitting .222/.250/.370 (.620 OPS) in August.

If the plan is to go with the "hot hand" then players who are actually hot have to play.

Right now that means Culberson at 3B, and Swanson's defense at SS.

saw this tweet and went and looked at his numbers...3.3 fWAR in 1992. his k rate was kind of impressive for a dude just coming into the major leagues from football.
