100 pitches, 5th place hitter coming up, fairly easy last inning--I'd probably let him go until somebody reaches base. What's your take?

Props for Folty even if he doesn't get through the seventh, after his pitch count got a little out of hand due to bad luck in the 4th he's gotten into the 7th and it really just seemed like he was starting to get going in the 6th.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.
