I think I'd prefer the Rockies. Both teams have a great set of hitters, but I think the Rockies can be handled outside of Coors.

Acuna hitting at Coors Field would be fun to watch

Everyone makes mistakes, plus just before that his squeeze bunt call was a great move that ended up getting them the winning run.

Anyone who would consider this season a disappointment if we lose in the NLDS, or who would consider that not meeting expectations, is insane.

I don't see the Braves playing the Brewers in NLDS. It's going to be the NL West champ and I'd prefer the Rockies over LA.

Clearly of the possible scenarios that would be best for Atlanta would be the Rockies winning the West and the Brewers taking the Central and have the Cubs/Cards battle in the WC.

I know, right? We were all just hoping to remember an average to slightly above average team at best this year. Now it would take an epic collapse not to win the division. Talk about a wild successful year.

Not winning the World Series isn’t a total failure, but you came up short nonetheless.
Still upset about all those prospects who have us as one of the best young teams in the league?

I work in downtown Denver and have to catch a bus at Union Station about half a mile from Coors Field, so if the Rockies could fall out of playoff contention and not inundate my evening commute with purple-clad fans, that would be swell.

If we lose in the first round because of stupid plays and errors, I'll be upset.

If we lose in the first round because pitchers constantly walk games away, I'll be upset.

If we lose in the first round because of redicilous calls against us, I'll be upset.

If we lose in the first round because of Snit being Snit, I'll be upset.

Anything else, doesn't matter. Sometimes the other team is just better.

I am surprisingly consistent in my agreement with the above.

We weren’t supposed to be here when the season began so this is all a win imo. Getting to the playoffs is a huge bonus. The Dodgers have a ton of hitters that can hurt you and the Rockies are no slouch but I’ll hope we play the Rockies 1st round.
