It shouldn't have been Luke Jackson, but Touki wasn't pushed much in the minor leagues this year. That was actually the most pitches he's thrown all season. So he most likely was done.

That's what happens today with protecting pitchers.

It also shouldn't have been calling for a high fastball either. No one on this team should throw high fastballs except for Folty.

I could care less if that's the most pitches he's seen... he should have had a chance to finish the inning.

Snit literally gave Arizona three free runs. Jackson was obviously struggling. I don't get it.

I'm sure he doesn't want to lose, but this type of mismanagement is about the same as trying to do it.
