It's hardly crazy. COnsidering how few college senior kickers make it to the pros. It's obviously a skill position that's not commonly filled. Having a competent kicker in high school is almost impossible. In college they're competent but inconsistent. In the Pros they're competent and consistent.
Stockholm, more densely populated than NYC - sturg
It varies in high school. Mine had a long line of great kickers, but for most, it's hard to find. There's still plenty out there for most college teams.
They're not all outstanding, but most should be able to hit straightaway kicks from inside 40 and they wind up shanking them a lot.
Still time to turn things around and have a decent year, but Auburn is one of the biggest busts in recent years, considering how quite a few people picked them to win the SEC in the preseason.
If Vandy had an offense worth a damn, they might have beaten Ole Miss tonight.
Missouri has been bad all year, and they finally get beat.
Jesus, Utah is beating the brakes off Oregon.

Utah looks like a legit BCS team... Go Utes!
Can't believe no one has said it: That was the most erroneus, misconstrued piece of coaching I've ever been a part of.
UT fans deserve a moron like Butch Jones.
Utah is putting the country on alert.
Worst call of the season -- the Ole Miss/Vandy game, the personal foul against Vandy on the punt fumble. That call significantly changed the momentum of the game and I think the refs knew it. There seemed to be several make up calls after that, but it was too little too late. Vandy got royally screwed on that call.
